The YA Literature Convention is a convention-style event in London dedicated to celebrating the very best in Young Adult books. This year’s conventions will take place on 15th and 16th November 2025.
The Convention provides visitors with the opportunity to hear some of the top YA authors talk about their work and share their top tips at a series of panel events and workshops. Details of the 2025 programme to be announced.
Cost: Tickets start at £28 for an adult entry for a single day.
About YALC: The first YA Literature Convention took place in 2014. It was championed by Malorie Blackman and was one of the key projects of her time as Waterstones Children’s Laureate (2013-2015). The YALC is now run by a Working Group made up of representatives from UK YA Publishers and Showmasters events.
