Dolphin EasyReader Education is an accessible reading platform for schools that supports learners with dyslexia, print disabilities and other reading needs. Building on the core features of the Dolphin EasyReader app, the platform combines personalised reading support with learning tools designed to help children and young people access curriculum content more independently.

Key features for learners:

• Download textbooks, set texts, revision guides, novels, newspapers and magazines in accessible formats from libraries and book collections worldwide, including RNIB Bookshare and Calibre Audio.
• Create a personalised reading experience with preferred text size, font, colour and line spacing.
• Play narrated audio books or use the text-to-speech option with a choice of voices and reading speeds.
• Read along as you listen with synchronised text highlighting.
• Synchronise reading preferences, bookmarks, notes and library access across multiple devices for in-school and at-home support.
• Study and revision tools include a Summary feature, online quizzes to check comprehension, revision flashcards, and an AI tutor to provide guided support and encourage deeper thinking.
• New scanning pen integration allows students to scan text and hear it read aloud at the point of need and then import the scanned text to access the full range of EasyReader support.

• Monitor reading progress and engagement via the teacher dashboard.
• Share documents and teaching resources in a range of formats, including text-based PDFs, through Google Classroom and Microsoft 365.
• Single school licence provides unlimited staff log-ins and access for all students.
