Understanding Poetry is a 10-part video series for KS1 and KS2 from BBC Teach’s Primary Resources collection. The videos are each around 3-4 minutes long and star current Waterstone’s Children’s Laureate Joseph Coelho. He explores the following topics:

For each video, there is a video summary with accompanying suggestions for teachers about how to use the video in class.
